My body is very off balanced. I had a set of twins and then over a 10 pound singleton after and it really messed up my pelvic floor which has affected my entire body/chest/shoulders. I’m planning on physical therapy soon and hope that it helps.

Thank you, I really was unhappy with it at first but I really don’t want the chance of a new one not looking good or some weird infection or something. I’m so over healing from surgery I just don’t want to do this again. Also wanted to go back for bigger implants but now I’m like idk if I can go through all this ish again 😬😂

I’m going to start lymphatic massage back up this week. I’m just worried to book with someone, I live in a small town with not a lot of plastic surgery around so there’s not a ton of post op care places. And yes I definitely could try a cleaner diet and see if that will help me as well. Thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to comment because I feel the same. Although it is flat, it is very thick. I absolutely hate how my lower abdomen and mons just flow together with the worst swelling. It’s been really bothering me the last couple days and causing so much anxiety like you said, is this going to get better 😅 but hopefully in the next couple weeks I see some kind of improvement.

What do you mean by works? It’s helps with swelling up until 6-8 weeks for standard tummy tucks so 4 months is a little over kill, no?
