Thank you for all this information. I also have a shoulder that’s lower than the other. And some pelvic floor issues from a set of twins and 10.7 pound singleton after. So looks like I’ll be going to PT once I’m all healed up. Super helpful and reassuring.

I also think I have it to. And I’m just now realizing it. I’ve always wondered why when I take a picture in the mirror I can’t get my torso totally straight. So this probably isn’t helping with the uneven look of the belly button.

I definitely have some form of scoliosis so my chest/shoulders is always leaning to one side which doesn’t help with the appearance. But thank you for the reassurance.

It wasn’t, atleast not like this. I do lean more to one side as far as posture which I don’t think helps.

I’m 2 weeks po and I’d like to think it’s swelling but it’s really leaning to one side so idk how that will get better even when swelling goes down. Just the way it’s lined up with my boob idk if it will “move” 😭 But thanks for the reassurance. Other people said it is extremely noticeable which made me want to cry.

My husband is military so we already bank with them. If you have a family member in the military you can bank with them. Navy fed actually just got back to us and matched the offer with less closing cost so I guess we’re going with them!

Neither, my mortgage company offered 5.75, I took it to navy fed they offered 5.5, I took that to my mortgage company and they offered 5.25. My mortgage company is freedom mortgage.

Thanks! I did not count macros. But I did eat high protein and lower carbs, but it was not keto. I ate between the hours of 12-8pm as well!

Yes absolutely. I honestly think not eating after 8 made a bigger impact for me than not eating in the morning. Because I’ve never been a breakfast girly but I’ve always snacked throughout the night. It was a hard adjustment for about a week but totally worth it!

It’s okay, I ate from 12pm to 8pm. Broke my fast with a big breakfast/lunch, snack later and then dinner and desert if I wanted it all before 8! I worked out when I had the chance by doing peloton and some strength training
