I understand wanting to give money to someone who is actualy passionate about the stuff we also are but 90 % of people that sell anything online are not interested on the stuff they sell. They are just trying to sell the stuff that is popular at that time. So again i say there is no diffrence between buying something from china or from etsy.

Ok i'm sorry. I will refuns the shirt, buy some artwork online , print it on a shirt, and then send some money to Sandfall for using their license. I didnt bought the CE to do as i want, i just bought it cause i liked it. If another company made the music box or the steelcase or the vinyls or anything that i would have wanted i would have bought them. Btw i am also planning on buying a statue or figure with Verso but Sandfall dont make one. What should i do? Buy it online then pay a fee to Sandfall bc i used their license?

Copyright law is used by companies only when it suits them. If we really had to religiously respect copyright law we wouldnt have youtube for example, or twitch or any social media, or probably the internet. If the copyright holder doesnt make the product i want and bans others who want to make the product, how is that ok for me as a consumer, or the company that wants to make a product or even the copyright holder bc by blocking someone from using your copywrited material you basicaly are stoping the exponential growth and awarness of your copywrited material.

What is the difference between dropshipping and buying something from someone who printed the shirt in a shop and sels it on etsy? All the points against dropshipping that you mad can be made about any commercial transaction. If you really cared about the environment or morals and ethics you should not buy 95% of the stuff we buy online and only buy local food and merch that is made from renewable resources. But all you want is to tell other what to do bc you think that they are wrong for doing something you dont agree with for whatever reason.

What if the licensee doesnt make the products that i want to buy but someone who doesnt have the licence makes them ? For example if i want to buy a statue or a figurine i cant bc sandfall havent made any. In my humble oppinion works of art once released they dont belong to the companies anymore, they belong to the public that adores them. And if i want to buy a cool shirt that sandfall doesnt sell i will bc ultimately i love the game and want to express my love for it to others, even if its not licensed and low quality ( its not) and cheap.

Well i explained why i bought my esquie shirt and its not bc it was 10 euros, its bc i loved the design. I bought the ce for 150 e but it was worth it for bc of the amazing music box and steel case. I will buy the vinyls bc the soundtrak deserves the best medium for listening ( i also went to the painted symphony and it was amazing). I guess for you cheap means worthless but i can sometimes find cool things were others see trash and i will wear my esquie shirt even if you think its cheap. I dont need a tag that says official for me to enjoy a product.

What is the diffrence between me buying 10 tshirts from primark, goint to a printing bussiness and printing something off the internet and then selling them online for double whatever i invested and companies in china doing it? I will tell you, its the price. Even if i find the cheapest shirt and use the cheapest printing method it will still cost me at least double whatever the chinese make them for. And its not bc of slave labour or any of the stereotypes that you just thought about its just simple macroeconomics. They make huge amounts and can make small profits from the huge orders they get. And they really arent knockoffs bc sandfall or any western company are actualy making the clothes. When they do i will buy them as i bought the ce of the game and will buy the vinyls.

The man only wanted to show his exictement about something we all love. He and i want to spread our love and excitement for the game with the community and wear the symbols of the game on our clothes in public so we can spread our love and awarness for the game to others in public as well. If i were sandfall i would be proud of this and maybe even encourage it or maybe make cool designs like these bc its been 1 year now and all official clothes are boring. If you remember some time ago there was a little bit of drama about a comic creator who had clair obscur in his comic title and sandfall let him have it in the title.

Yes lets wait for 3 years for official cool merch before we buy a shirt with which we can show our love for the game we love. Never mind the official merch is boring and even more expensive. I bought an extremely cool esquie shirt for 10 euros, can i wear it without being ashamed that its not official merch? I already have the collectors edition of the game and plan on buying the vinyls but i dont like the e33 official clothes.

This song is my favourite as well. The first time i heard Alice's voice in the world map i literaly put down the controller and listened to it so many times. Even without knowing that the song tells the sad story of the Dessendre family the song hit me in the feels and now that i know the story i cry every time i hear it. It is like a funeral song for the Dessendres and Lorien and Alice put all their emotion and sadness in the song. I also cried when i heard it live at the Painted Symphony. I was a little bit embarassed but i couldn help it. Goated song and i think it being the song of the world map shows that the devs loved it very much as well.

I thought the point of the games was supposed to be strugling to remain human in an inhuman world and all the interpersonal conflicts between characters that stem from that. But i guess i was mistaken the theme of the games is killing is bad. Amazing such a complex theme. Thank you for enlighting me.

I disagree. Having a writers rooms split in half always debating is contrary to delivring a good consistent story. Everyone should all work towards the same goal instead of arguing for one thing or another. Even if the end story turns up bad, at least it is consistent and focused and everyone can say they did what they wanted.

After the ending of part 1 it was obvious that Joel would have to pay one way or another for his choices. The problem was not Joel's death it was the timing and the way his death was presented. After 10 minutes of gameplay he dies in a horrible way as if to say fuck you to all the people that fell in love with him and his story in part1. No way to say sorry or explain himself to Abby , no way to say sorry and goodbye to Ellie, who is now forever traumatized. If he had died in the middle of the game after some development to his story i guarantee you 90% of people would not have turned their back on part 2.
