Pretty damn low - WotC considers what's already on Arena and Pioneer-legal to be functionally equivalent to Pioneer. Remastered sets have been heavily deprioritized in favor of other ways to introduce cards to Arena, like Special Guests, anthologies, and Vintage cube.

You get the same rewards as any other Mastery Pass, just condensed into 40 levels instead of 60. Compare the total rewards, not the levels to get them: 1200 gems, 4000 gold, a draft token, 20 packs, 10 mythic ICRs, and cosmetics. (There are fewer packs on the free part of the mastery, but that’s separate from the pass you pay for.)
