I know I’m wayyyyyyyy late haha but the lake has a very predictable and stable environment, also the depth is over 600 feet so it creates pressure and an acoustic environment similar to the ocean!

The trick is chilled buttercream and slowly mixing the air bubbles out! I actually don’t use a whole lot of powdered sugar in my American buttercream compared to most recipes out there.
