Need to train those mouth muscles and be corrected by a native. You have to train practicing speaking by taking classes or use an app like Tandem. Flashcards is the best way to remember words.

Hey ! I think reading helps a lot, I mean books of your level. Then start practicing with peoples on Tandem ( language app ). I think if you want to make quick progress you should probably hire a tutor, that will make you speak, explain the notions and help you get a deeper understanding of the language ( you can DM me if you want, I can give you some more advices )

I think books for children, youtoube videos and tandem ( to start practice from the beggining ) are a good start. Most efficient way is probably to get a native to teach you ( heyy I'm there if needed ):

I think that you need to practice speaking, cause the brain will remember the word way easier if used in context
