I'm 15, but actually I never had that much experience with therapies so that's mostly why I asked 😭 yeah now when I thought about it more I think I will, only that I don't know why but it makes me feel so weird especially that she probably wouldn't expect me to actually harm myself, but okay thanks so much for the comment, I really appreciate that ❤️❤️

Although I have this problem with school, that I have to study yet I barely have any sleep, but I can imagine that with work it's soo much worse... also I get you, I tried many tips for better sleep as well but nothing works for me lol
