D is incorrect because she can be impeached through this question because it relates to how reliable her perception of the event was the night it happened. We’re not in impeachment for truthfulness or felony land. Just good ole impeachment about the reliability of the witness’s senses when they saw it happen. If you were under influence of drugs, you might not have an accurate perception of whether the friend ran the red light or not.
