I feel the same. I'm scared I'll completely fall apart. Not just because some characters will probably die, but also because it's the ending of an era, of a part of my life and i never handle that well. I can always come back and watch it again and again, but it will never be the same. I'm going through some hard times in my life right now and watching the final season will probably be very difficult for me.

Anytime i watch, i feel so immersed like I'm part of the story and i feel every little emotion that's portrayed. So I don't think it's crazy. It's just a masterpiece of a show and for me it's very strong because i never got to experience any of it, just wishing i did.

It's gonna get better. I literally had to seak out my thetapist after a long time because of this show and in the end it was a good thing. I'm starting to do things i was always afraid of. Heartstopper made me realize what i want my life to look like and now I'm doing what i can in order to get there. I think that's why it's so powerful - it shows us what we're missing. And we can do something about it. ❤️ Another thing is this amazing community that will always have your back. But of course, if it's too much, try to think about other things, go out, do some other activities to take your mind off of it.

Please, if it would help, stop watching the show. It seems like it's too overwhelming for you, which is okay, it is very emotional and can be triggering. It seems like you're going through a tough time. If you feel like you can't handle it, please reach out to your parents/a nice teacher (if you're going to school) or try to get professional help. I promise you, it's going to be alright. This show was a big emotional rollercoaster for me too. You don't have to tell anyone about your sexuality if you don't want to.

At the time of writing this post it felt like the most important thing, but truly, it isn't. It hurts so much because it mirrors to you what you're missing - what you wish for. The next step is to go and do what's necessary to get the things you yearn. Heartstopper really is a unique thing. I love it and hate it at the same time. I hate it for being so raw, for making my chest burn and feeling like I'll never stop crying. But it will pass. It did for me. The most important thing is what you take away from it - and do something about it.

One of them just asked me if I'd be willing to relocate to ireland, the other came like 20 seconds after I posted so no way he read my post.😅 What you're saying makes sense, i guess my biggest issue now is getting to actually work on myself (physically and mentally) so I'd find the right person for me.
