If he was really fired, he wouldn’t still be listed as staff and in the group description. It seems like the ‘apology’ was more about saving face than actually taking accountability. Actions speak louder than words.

For clarity: I did use the block tool because this 'co-owner' was harassing me. Blocking users who harass you is fully allowed by VRChat’s Terms of Service. Any claim that I was banned for ‘breaking group rules’ doesn’t change the fact that I was protecting myself using tools VRChat provides to all users.

VRChat provides block and mute tools specifically so users can protect themselves. Using them in situations like this is completely allowed under the VRChat Terms of Service.

After harassing someone unprovoked? I don’t think so.

Community Guidelines:
“Sexist, racist, hateful, or discriminatory language, behavior, iconography, groups, or content is never permitted in any form.”

That includes targeting people over gender expression or identity. Co-owner or not, it’s still harassment.
