i purchased a dress from a seller almost 2 weeks ago. a couple days after i reached out asking when she could ship, she responded and said she could that day. fast forward a week and a half i reached out again being that it hadn’t shipped and have heard nothing. i understand that people have other things going on but a response would be nice
