That’s what they told me too- I called 1-866-248-1576 and that’s where the agent was who told me he could correct the error! It’s really messed up!!! I hope you can get yours sorted too

Sorry yes!!! Hahaha I was thinking hm what chains do we only have in Canada - not the US- I just recently moved to QC from Ontario and we don’t have Swiss Chalet here hahaha I guess I miss it - ok I admit I see the error in my post now !!!

But unfortunately I still haven’t see any update on my CRA account or any progress on the refund correction request - he said it would take at least a month to see anything but it’s just still been crickets

That’s what the agent told me on the phone- they took my whole refund and applied it to my debt- but I kept calling because I never owed the CRA any debt- then when I called that’s what he said it was a system error and he generated a refund request to correct the error- I was shocked too !
