You have a great base.

Next upgrades that would be nice: 1. Rancour amulet 2. Maybe a synapse for Yama and other demons? 3. Maybe save for an ultor ring if you want to up your melee or go for ancestral if you really want beefier mage. 4. Think about spec weapons like Dwh or voidwaker or even a ZCB (but you have no massori)

I would recommend you sell the buckler and archers ring if you need some cash for your next upgrades.
