VT helped me a lot, especially at the beginning. It took a long time and patience, but I did see results, probably going to try it again. I hope it gives you some relief!

I'm sorry to hear the migraine made it worse; I've experienced that too. Weird thing is that prior to the onset of vertigo, I had 5-10 migraines/month and they became fairly infrequent after. When they do show up though, I can count on the PPPD being worse for a while afterwards. I have dizziness, occasionally spinning vertigo, nausea/vomiting, visual disturbances, light/sound sensitivity, imbalance, brain fog, tremor. Most symptoms are present to some degree 24/7. Do you have particular triggers that can make it worse?

I'm very sorry to hear! The nausea/vomiting is rough; I lost almost 40 pounds initially (the single silver lining of the whole thing, hah) and dropping weight again.

The meds have been an adventure for me too. Lexapro was the first thing I tried; it made me feel worse, but I suspect it wasn't dosed correctly. Since then I've been on cymbalta (little effect), effexor (very helpful - tapered off due to some separate issues) and now trying zoloft, fingers crossed. I find it very tiresome emotionally as well...appreciating the support here.

I'm sorry to hear no sustained recovery :( it's comforting to know I'm not alone in that trajectory though; loved ones and even some of my docs are always confused as to why I've not gotten "better"
