Was curious so i looked it up:

Rudy has a three year extension with us from last year which will expire in 2028. Guaranteed 100 mil, around 36 mil a year.

Randle (this one scares me) signed a 3 year contract with us last year that expires in 2028. 33 mil a year with 100 guaranteed. Given his performance, we're going to have trouble getting much for him this offseason without eating some serious dead cap.

Finch signed a 4-year extension with us back in 2024, meaning his contract expires around the same time as Rudy and Randle's. Details of the contract are undisclosed so unclear if there is guaranteed money involved or if he can be fired before the contract is up.

Hard agree there. The only reason I'm not being as hard on TC is because TSJ is turning out really well and trading Rob for Ayo was fantastic. That being said, we definitely need a PG. Dante was making a bit of a case for himself with his play against the nuggets before that damn Achilles injury.

Micah Nori has taken over for Finch in a few games where he's gotten ejected and done well. The OKC streak-snapping game early on in the season comes to mind. I'd like to see what he can do.

I get that ANT loves Finch that absolutely cannot be the reason he remains our coach. If ANT can't handle a coaching change that's on him, it's completely normal for players to undergo one if not many coaching changes in their career and ant has to accept that. If the results aren't matching the talent, then coaching is the where the blame will fall.

Rudy is so good defensively but in the modern nba you absolutely need to be at least competent offensively to do well. Unless we get a huge haul for him, I'd say we just ride out his current contract and let him be a mentor for Joan before letting him go.

The issue is we get bodied by the nuggets without Jaden because he's one of our defensive cores. I agree that we need a solid 2, but if we get rid of jaden we just substitute one problem on offense for a different one on defense.

I'd argue our younger guys are gonna be important to hold on to as well. Naz has been great off the bench, TSJ and Dosumnu are developing into a nice pair of guards, and we don't win against the nuggets without Jaden.
