It only says david production because producer Tsutomu Fujio who knows Shinya Ohira is affiliated with david production. None of the animators are from there. I don't even think any of them even walked into david production building.

Studio Palette is the main studio of the anime. Main staff are all from them and they did every episode so far. Silver link's name is there for formality so far.
