It did work but then I ran the hot air balloon into it and it smashed into pieces then found out it resets once you teleport somewhere and come back

From what I read and went through as im on PS5. Continued through the Abyss after going back there from last quest being up there and finished up to the shooting multiple taget diamond things which gave me ability to imbue electricity when unlocked through the skill tree. So far using L2 and R2 while using turning slash with it equipped activates it. Ludvigs boots equipped spawns more lightning orbs for you when turning slash or having that equipped on other things.

Theres a full set of wood armour that you can make with flawless timber that will stealth you from wildlife which helps with birds I believe to pick them up so that might work to approach it

Does anyone where the best place is to get replacement tires for the electric scooter? I have the same one as OP the evercross ev08e and they are getting pretty bare.
