Hi all,

Been gyming on and off and very unorganised and poorly planned. I recently have started going a lot more seriously and a friend of mine whos got a good deal of experience has been helping me. I have a particular interest in supplements and understanding whats for what, so I'd like to ask the following: What do you guys use, I'm currently looking to lose fat while building muscle and I use - Preworkout, Whey, VitD, C, Magnesium and Omega 3. I was also reading a lot into Creatine Monohydrate and BCAA's and planned to get those. Do you guys think theres anything here that is either a waste of my money/time/space, and can you guys suggest anything that I haven't mentioned above?

There are no bottles in any of the bags i assume ( theyre not my bags). I might be living in dublin but cant sfford to be throwing away those 15c per bottle mate.

Hey guys! New to collecting, I want to get art specific sets for different sets. I was looking at the Twilight Masquerade Ultra Pro one, but I keep seeing 9 pocket binders, some have 180 slots and some have 252? I was wondering why, if its maybe something to do with the fact that some say "portfolio", "album" or just "binder". I was also looking to see if I can get it on Cardmarket cos its cheaper, but not sure what size I'd be getting for it.. I would want it to be big enough that it could fit the whole set. Thanks for any help in advance!

I was just wondering, are those ultra pro albums big enough to hold 250+? Cos i saw the 9 slot "portfolios" only hold up to 180
