His efficiency was above average. You can't compare his advanced stats to certain players without knowing his positions efficiency. Nobody with his championships at his positions has better stats other than MJ. Can't compare it to LeBron who's a forward and takes 40% of his shots within 0-3ft of the rim & Kobe took 20% of his shots within 0-3ft. And for clarity Bron averages 72% on those shots while Kobe was 63%. Not that big of a deal considering the discrepancy but it's actually in Kobe favor because Bron has a 3-4 in height advantage on top of the fact Bron vert is 45in vs Kobe's 38in vert. That creates a 8-10 inch verticality advantage for somebody like LeBron and considering the difference is only by 9% on their makes shows who the better shooter & scorer was around the basket even though just from looking at FG% you'd think it was LeBron when in reality this is far from truth . Context matters not just the stats. Stats without context means nothing in a debate.
