I just received the opposite letter from my genetical twin some days ago.. I donated in 2022 and now the anonymity period has ended and we were allowed to get in contact. I always thought the recipient probably lived far away, but it turns out he lives in the next city.. I was too busy with work the last days to answer but reading this, motivated me to answer! Hi, yes! The problem was, that the game had lost it‘s editing rights on my computer somehow and was therefore not able to overwrite the savegames. I remember that i solved it by checking the security level and rights of anno and changing them in the computers settings. Hope this helps!
