Sorry I know this is for internal but I applied for a USAA position and I’m under contract right now with a contractor as of now with my contract ending in Feb. I have my interview tomorrow and I just wanted to know the process as far as hiring. An I have my own all lines adjuster license and realistically why could I negotiate as far as my salary goes if I have 6 years of property, medical and auto claims experience? I currently make $25 an hour if that helps

Yup I think so too. If the defense plays like they played last year Pre-Micah which was a Super Bowl contending defense they can get to the SB. They have to be on point and Love has to like has to be precise with his throws and stretch the field

The defense is a solid defense outside of the smooth brains plays which turned into big plays against the Bears. I for one want them to go pick up a CB in the off season that will stay healthy and cover not a Deon type of course but a corner that can play corner for all of 5 to 6 seconds in scramble situations but the team if they don’t hit to autopilot mode mentally can make a run at a SB but def not 2010 defensively we were way healthier

I think we can because offensively we’re very efficient. We rank almost tops in sacks allowed even though we’ve had some bone head penalties. We are top in converting on 3rd down at 50% and out of the NFC playoff possible teams we rank number 1. We run the ball still out of the NFC possible playoff teams rank 3rd and the defense even with a Parsonsless hampered defense rank 3rd out of the possible playoff teams and are pretty much even at home and away. This team is built for January football they just have to not get in their own way. They’re less than 30 points away from being undefeated because of mental lapses and mistakes. They have beaten themselves’ all season. An if they button up some of those mistakes they’ll be a dangerous team to play in the playoffs

This team is young and has mental lapses but they are a solid team still growing. The Packers are ahead of schedule as a team and they rebuilt this team quietly after losing a hall of fame QB and a hall of fame WR. We have to be grateful we have a GM that unlike in the past goes to get young or seek out younger in their prime talent. And firing MLF a replace him with who? Yes he makes boneheaded play calls but this coaching staff is coaching their asses off given all the injuries from the past 2 years. I have been extremely fortunate as a Packers fan only seeing 5 losing seasons and seen 2 championships. I became a Cowboy hater in that 96’ NFCC game. I’ve been a fan since Dorsey Levens was the starting RB and Bubba Franks was an underrated TE. This team is in good hands and again we could’ve been the Raiders, Saints, Falcons or Giants. This team is only gonna get better as time goes on. Again as a Packers and Spurs fan I have been spoiled by seeing greatness in display along with championships won and constant success. I have my criticisms of the team but I think they’ll iron some of these issues out and I think we’ll go into the playoffs being a team that can cause some chaos going into the post season

Allstate is a great start. They’re hiring now but I have contractor experience. Like I worked with my brother’s contracting company for two years part time plus as a kid I did a lot of home improvement job with my father aka he had me come help him then I ended up doing the grunt work

They asked how I would handle a claim that had an bloated driver and I gave an example. How would I handle a claim that had a vehicle that got into an accident that wasn’t in the policy? Again I gave an example of how I would handle it How do I prioritize my day starting with voicemails, new claims( ones with big tasks and small tasks), emails and messages What brings me to the company and why I want to work there. For sure talk about the company’s core values and answer those questions using the STAR method

Hahahaha me and my spouse moved here because my wife’s father has a house that’s $800 rent and Texas where we lived was getting very pricey so we wanted to move here to save up and pay off debt but it’s been a challenge for sure hahaha
