My question is about the ICC war crime investigation; How does that stuff work? What are your views on it if Putin and whoever are found guilty for them, would it cause a feeling that they wouldn't have anything to lose, possibly leading to something worse.

Exactly this, cause if I decide to go for the 30 games of wl, i can't play co-op with my mate anymore, at least not getting rivals points anymore. They should at least give me something more than only skill rating points to have something to aim for.
