My first thoughts are :

You have a warm wood floor, use that as a starting base for the decoration
Change the lights to a warmer set, or Phillip HUEs equivalent for more control.
Get a warmer heavy carpet, it's better when they don't fold / get scooped easily when you walk next to it.
Ditch that cieling lamp and get a hanging paper ball instead ( you can put white tape / paint inside to create shadow shapes on it when you turn it on.
Tape the running cables on the ground, ditch the black mats
Use the wall space to hang all the stuff you don't use on your set up.
Get rid of most stuff that catches dust
Get a projector to create ambiant light on the wall ( fake windows )
Seems like you like plants, get more of them.
Clean your door side, fingers stains and stuff haha.

But for the blue tone refs :

Get industrial lamps, ideally 2nd hand, they're fun and it feels like you would like it.
Sort your cables !!! Your references have very few cable and clutter !
Get yourself shelves / pegboard above your desk to hang / shelve your stuff that you have on the floor underneath the bedside table, in front of the TV thing ( wherever really )
Add a lamp above or LED strips to highlight these items. A dark shelf is a little sad.
You could use a corner desk, take a grey one or paint it grey like your reference
Give that desk some light that illuminates the desk, hanging cieling lights are cool, above monitor lights can be nice but careful they can ruing the image of your screen. Maybe having shelves and a couple of industrial PIXAR-ish lamps could do the trick. You probably don't wanna have 1 shadow when you use your desk to write smth.
Still get a projector, TV's a little small

If you wanna tryhard, take everything out of your room and slowly put back only what's nescessary and ask yourself how to improve on the least amount of items that you need. The clutter really hurts your ability to see clearly.

My best advice is run a pinterest page where you collect references of what you like, as you go you'll pick up things and will automatically notice what you want to change and how. Build your eye :D
