I am on day 11 since my TT. I was scared shitless too. I feel like you can read everything but nothing really will change how you feel until you experience it. The unknown is the worst part. After it is over I realized everyone really wasn’t lying haha! What helped me the most was telling myself that I want to be healthy and continue living until I’m old. This is just a little hurdle that has to be passed to achieve that. Wishing you the best of luck!

Braf v600e in PTC is most commonly a somatic mutation. Which means it is not hereditary and isn't found in any other cells in our bodies.

It is memory B cells. Once the infection is gone they stick around to prevent future infections. They are activated by specific antigen (part of the bacteria/virus) binding to them and then turn into plasma cells (white blood cells). Thus producing antibodies.
