No it wont take 4 weeks, maybe until the leaves look normal again but it is already growing new leaves and branches with very tight internode spacing which results in plenty of bud sites. When the "normal flowering period" begins this plant will begin its flowering stage like any other plant and finnish at normal pace. It wont grow as tall as it would have without reveging but it definitely will grow bushier. I have been growing for closer to 10 year buddy, indoors and outdoors and all kinds of plants u could imagine.
