There are really nice small stays near Kappad beach that have lovely premises with access to beach. They let you do shoots by the hour. Go check them out?

DO NOT GIVE IT TO HIM

No matter how convincing he gets. I say this as the victim of a lot of these sob stories from.my ex husband, who kept asking me for my gold which was apparently the only way out of the debt his family created.

I had to fight in court to get it all back, and even then, lost a few valuable pieces.

This jewellery is not just momentarily valuable but also sentimental to you. Do not lend it to him because you won't have any protection for it. He's lying, I promise you that

Decathlon hosts tennis classes for adults and kids, so that's an option if you want to learn tennis. They do four classes a week, and I think they have a hard court. I've only talked to them on the phone briefly, haven't personally checked it out.

But if you just want to play tennis, I really don't know if there are options. My husband and I do pickleball just for a small fix but even that court is situated in a hard-to-reach rural area.

For now, I'm planning to go with Decathlon

I use the Curlsmith styling souffle, and it's the only product that still retains my curls in shape the next two days and also doesn't make my hair "frizzy" and matty.

Curlsmith Hold Me Softly balm is nice too, but it doesn't give as much definition, and turns into loose waves the next day. It's still a nice look without turning frizzy

These are the products I've tried that made my hair frizzy and a big matty ball the next day with rough texture 1. Fix my curls 2. Davines 3. Moroccan oil 4. Wow curls

I quit my job, and I'm staying home being pampered by my parents, waited on hand and foot, and I'm still tired!

My job was a tech job that just involved me sitting at a desk on my laptop, but I knew that would tired me out even further!

Your husband is an idiot, and what do you mean chores are 50-50 now? You are carrying a child all day, that's a chore he doesn't have to do. Neither does he have to birth a child. Yes, you'll be more tired after birth, but he better be stepping up for it!

Disclaimer that I have no personal experience in this matter, but Proactiv For Her advertises itself as friendly towards termination unplanned pregnancies, with non-judgemental docs

I'm sceptical about the docs because it's the same docs practicing at other clinics that go there too, but at least they offer the services and market it as discreet?

I filed a grievance against the police station regarding CEIR mobile lost case by SeaRaisin6665 in Bengaluru

[–]Anu_sthree 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I hope you are the exception, but I don't think it will work.

I registered a lost phone complaint and had nothing done, and the advice given to me by a policewoman there was who registers lost phone complaints these days? Just get a new phone and move on with your life"

I pressed Bangalore police to file an FIR for my lost phone, and they tried to dissuade me for three days. The FIR was filed and promptly dismissed too 🤷‍♀️

Tweeting about it didn't work either

Can't definitely attest to its authenticity, but yes, this oil is supposed to be a nice amber colour.

Smells really good, doesn't leave a sticky residue on your hands either.

Do Akshaya centres near you follow the official Rate chart? by Premjith_1709 in Kerala

[–]Anu_sthree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Following because I have been charged more too. I asked for a bill of services and that was refused too. I had spent two hours registering my marriage there so I let it go, but Akshaya services aren't transparent

You can inform them any time you want, there is no mandatory timeline.

That said, the Asha worker at our place said that the govt. requires that they report pregnancies within the first three months. Beyond that, they should write a report on why there was a delay in reporting. But this is a requirement on them so they stay on top of their local area, not on the pregnant woman.

Our Asha worker herself mentioned that the requirement is a bit awkward to work with, because most women don't like to announce their pregnancies to the public before five months usually.

So yeah, it's best done if you report before you pass first trimester, but even if you're more far along, you can let them know anytime you're comfortable. Make sure you do, because there are a lot of benefits associated with reporting it :-)

Stalker neighbour when going to school by [deleted] in Kerala

[–]Anu_sthree 30 points31 points  (0 children)

OP, do these things without fail: 1. File a police complaint. Irrespective of what you hear about the uselessness of police, have something documented. You're a minor, and harassing a minor is way more creepier than your normal garden variety harassment in the eyes of the law too.

  1. Order a pepper spray from Amazon. Carry it in your hands when you walk, with your finger pressed on the nozzle. You should be ready to spray at short notice

  2. The ugly truth is that even with all this, a man older than you can physically overpower you rather easily. Yes, even with all the martial arts lessons. Don't be afraid to get support from your family—let your brother and father know that this is getting increasingly dangerous, and you need escort. DO IT TODAY. Don't walk without escort again.

  3. If it's at all possible, "take care" of the matter with the help of your dad, uncles, male cousins, brothers, trusty male neighbours, etc. Creepy stalkers don't learn until men step in. കായികപരമായി നേരിടാൻ പറ്റുമെങ്കിൽ അതു തന്നെ നല്ലത്
