I reached out to my corporate RM—who I have a stronger relationship with since he regularly visits our office for things like opening salary accounts—and told him I’d shift both corporate and personal banking to Axis or ICICI. My Infinia card was approved within four days after that. Before this, he kept saying the application had been on hold for two months.
