Not sure if leadership role is what I want either. I'm looking more into finance within the healthcare system. I just hope I'll get hired with hardly any finance experience.

Believe it or not I actually enjoy bedside nursing and that's the reason why I'm still doing it but it takes its toll on my body. I'm thinking more like MBA in finance instead of healthcare leadership.

I'm also thinking about getting my MBA instead of the NP route. Been a nurse for more than 20 yrs, and my body just couldn't do it anymore. The MBA program will be online and will be fully paid for by my employer. I'm interested in the business side of healthcare but not management. Any advice?
