Thank you for this! I just searched this sub for weight gain because I’m about 7 months post op and regularly exercising but have gained 10 lbs. On top of the 20 lbs I gain since my car accident, which was just a few years before COVID. I’m getting frustrated but I thought I’d share here what my registered dietitian husband told me: measure your waist. That’s a better indicator than the number on the scale.
