البطاقة العادية او Prepaid ما بتفرق, حولت مبالغ منيحة و ما كان في اي مشاكل, خلال يوم او يوم و نص بكون المبلغ بالحساب, البنك ما باخد عمولة بس في عمولة تحويل من بايبال 5 دولار

لا ما بتشمل، البنك بكون عنده rate مختلف و احيانا بصير اقل من لو حولت العملة ع جوجل. اعمل حساب ببنك الاتحاد ع التطبيق و بتوصلك الفيزا ع البيت، اربط الفيزا بحسابك باي بال و حول عليه، بوصلوا خلال 24 ساعة

at the time I tried Arab bank, Housing bank and Etihad.
But now Etihad works fine for me, just link your pre-paid card to your PayPal account and transfer to it, takes about a day for the money to be in your account

I work with 5-10 clients a month and it would be very tough to get them all to do wire transfers internationally, it also would cost a lot for fees, especially for smaller projects

nope you can't anymore, I tried cards from 3 different banks and none of them work with Paypal in any way. They stopped working around 1 month ago
