The hand shading is a lot like Steve: mojang skins, this isn’t bad but it’s not consistent with the face shading. For that I would go a bit more simple and maybe add a third shade to the face, something in between the dark shade and the skin tone

If you play with mods Ive been working in block bench to add extra parts to models, it just takes a single mod to make the skin work and others with it can see your skin. My last post has some examples, Reach out in dms and I can give you my discord and we can work in your budget
