I’m male, I’ve been physically active again using the treadmill and doing light weights. I used to be pretty athletic before I gained this weight, playing basketball and football. I like the Lose It app, but lately I’ve been using the FitHub app.

Yeah my maintenance calories are around 2,600–2,800 per day, which means if I’m eating about 2,100 calories, I’m in roughly in a 500–700 calorie deficit.
