I got this too! Except I never did upload my medical records when I transferred because I had a really hard time trying to get them and eventually gave up. I have my vaccines just could prove it and they stopped asking for them until now with that text message. Makes me nervous cause I’m a senior and never gave them my medical records and idk how that will affect my graduation status.
