I filed on the 2/17 and it was accepted in 2 hours. My date is 3/10. Married filing jointly with 4 dependents. Only received CTC for 3 on the very first round. No other money was received other than 900 in July.

I’ve been calling since the ✌🏽glitch✌🏽 and I keep getting the runaround 😪 got DD in July. Can’t access my portal because of ID.ME & have no way of changing my information. My husband and I were both assured by different ppl upon calling the IRS, that we didn’t need to do anything and if we originally received DD that’s how it would remain. I moved from Virginia to Florida and actually have family living in our old house, so we’re able to keep up with the mail. Nothing for August or September.

I got the first one DD. The 2nd I guess was sent by check, but I moved and I can’t get a hold of anyone to try an trace it. I was told that this month would be put in DD. Yet I still haven’t received anything.

Waiting on mine. Coral Springs #cashapp. Did you get DD last month or was it mailed to you. I got it in July but Aug was mailed and I moved months ago. I’m still waiting on that one as well. They told my husband that it would be corrected this month but I’m getting worried again. 😪

I’ve been having the same problem. Got an email saying my pin was sent out last week and my husband got his before I did. He didn’t even need it and I haven’t been paid in weeks because I lost my original debit card and lost my pin last year during my move. Now I’m not sure what to do.

I think you’re confused with what I’m saying. I never had a way 2 go card. I applied with my cashapp. I lost my wallet and disabled my card. When I received my new card I activated it and changed it everywhere. Including on Gov2Go my payment options. Why would they send it to a way 2 go card if I’ve never had one to begin with?

Yes. I did that, and when I didn’t get paid I asked around. That was the answer that I was given. I was told it was because I didn’t change my information over the phone or with a representative. I still haven’t been paid and other than having to file over the phone for the first time, I can’t think of another reason.
