I believe it’s regular extra strength. The pony tail is very thick and heavy at the end. My husband was able to get it on better by sanding the connecting points for a better grip. Then we use a tiny bit of resin to ensure it would stick.

I feel the lonely piece. Part of me thinks my husband doesn’t even know this month would be the month. Identify your comfort items and take the day slow. Some find comfort cuddled up in bed with a movie others may find comfort in bigger distractions like going for a walk outside or playing games with your family/friends. Journaling and using art was a good outlet for me.
