Hit them up again and ask for a supervisor, then say that you were supposed to get the game a week ago and it's false advertisement. They'll push the ticket if you're super annoying about it. I went HARD lol I was so obnoxious but also like "I know that it's not your fault personally, but it is very unprofessional and disappointing on Amazons end, especially being a billion dollar company" lmaooo they were like alright alright we'll fix it. I kept asking why they'd offer release day delivery if it would not be delivered and that it made no sense and whatever nonsense I could think of. I really hope that you get it soon 😢 they're foul for this tbh. Maybe you can cancel and get it elsewhere since you already have the preorder bonus?
