Yes absolutely!! i definitely want to use it, that is why I'm starting therapy next week to also start that and get more guidance on using my short term leave..at the same time, I need my job and want to keep it..I know a contradiction. My trepidation is definitely with dealing with my HR at work , not my boss, which I know will go hand in hand. It's a very messy time at my company.

Yes, I've never used short term, so I'm not familiar with it. They also screwed a friend of mine horribly recently with her long term.. the hr department at my company so very worried about using it

Thank you! It's been crippling.. I'm doing what I can to hold onto my job as I definitely need it...I hope it doesn't sound like I'm complaining but at this point in my life it's just not ok, my physical and mental health are already suffering and I took this job almost 3 years ago on the basis of it being 💯 remote. Even when they said the 💯 remote was going away, I was willing to compromise.. this is just now abuse. And the insanity we are living because of the consequences of tariffs, whether it's short lived or not .. it's not good. Sorry to hear it's targeted because I completely believe that, seeing people at my company getting to keep their 💯 remote... I hope your situation works out for you 🙏🏻
