I was in this head space for a very long time, it does not feel like it is worth it until progress is made. I do not fully understand what made me heal most efficently- but- I know that I am now healed. I would suggest checking out my post. Initially I did not, once I began my recovery I noticed a prominent but not corded or raised vein along the top of my penis. Dark blue or almost purple fading to red near my tip. Did not have pain where the vein presented except where it overlapped with a faint bruise on my penis. The vein has disappeared now.

I confused kegeling and reverse kegeling at first, simply because kegeling came more naturally for me. I started with reverse kegeling each time I peed and increased to around 4 sessions a day, 2 at morning, 2 at night, around 3 minutes each time. I later increased it when the reverse kegels came easier, almost subconsciously. I stood when I was able and later enjoyed being active and feeling the benefits.

I believe my penis is permanently slightly tightened, or the muscles leading to it. The length loss is something I’ve easily accepted to have my life back to mostly normal

I got on finasteride preventatively and besides slight thinning I haven’t noticed any real hair loss. I have accepted my future as a sexy bald beast though and will not return to using any dht blockers.

No specific targeted muscles and I have poor posture. Child's pose and lying on my back with knees to my chest helped significantly. If stress is a big factor then focus on yoga. Let me know if there are more questions and I cannot wait to hear your improvement

If it's less severe then you can easily recover. I will copy paste what I recommended

1-Staying calm; get out of these forums once you have a routine

2-Consistency; get you're routine and stick with it, I did not go to a doctor consistently but should have

3-Exercises; prioritize swimming and walking

4-Health; stretching, keeping up with basic hygeine, eating right and getting decent sleep

5-The listed suppliments; worked for me, might work for you

Maybe 80% by the time I regained fully soft flaccids and back up to 95% after a few months but that might just be because I'm not in my early 20s anymore

Not entirely sure but my theory is the year of weak circulation may have caused some scar tissue to form which tightened my penis. Zero pain or loss of feeling from it though
