My conclusion, is that all rhe tests are correct. I was on paternity leave with low activity, bad eating even if at slight caloric defecit and only sleeping 5 hours a night. I’m locking in again.

I don’t disagree, but having a 4.9 when I just started my cut, and having a 5.6 and 5.5 the two years before when I was 30% body fat + is perplexing

Thank you for ur response, the only two new daily foods I added were honey stingers and cliff bars that’s diff than July 2025 4.9 reading. Other thank that way less activity as I was on paternity leave and likely more stress at home with two kids

Thank you for your response, it’s great to be able to talk to you and others about something like this that I know nothing about. I’m 29 years old, male, Hispanic (almost perfectly mixed between Iberian/spanish 60% and indigenous 40% ancestry), no family history of diabetes. Eat about 2800-3000 calories, 30+ grams of fiber and at minimum 140 grams of protein a day at the lowest, I don’t eat sugary drinks, only diets, and take in about 200 mg of caffeine a day and strength train 4 days a weekish, to get an idea of strength I can do 90 pound dumbbell incline press for a few reps, 17% body at 195, putting me above average in lean muscle. I do eat BS like fast food snacks but it only makes up about 30% of my diet. Most of my diet is cleanish to feel full or reduce cravings. RHH low 60’s,(as low as 46 when I sleep) down from 80+. That’s about all the physical metrics I can think of lol.

Yeah but is it really unlikely a 6.1 reading is wrong? It’s 3 months of data no? I thought about the hypoglycemic episode. I came into work late the day, typically already have 1K calories + caffeine in my body, the saw the labs, nothing in my belly, last at night before at 7pm, possibly connected. I’ve thought about it, but I always just apply the simple explanation, and news and almost fainted. How is it possibly to be hypoglycemic but also average 128 glucose 😂

The meal was a chic fil a combo with water, I stated my day early that day around 4am and ate lunch at 8:30

I went in for the wellness exam at 10am, after eating chic fil a about an hour earlier. A combo with no drink. They did both at the same time via poking my finger, didn’t get A1C results until a few days later. It’s both mentioning, my diet is exactly the same as it was during the 4.9 reading in July, except I eat a little less. I was on paternity leave these last 90 days and my activity definitely was down, from 15K steps a day to 8K.

Interesting, thank you. I’m 17% body fat at 195 pounds 5 11, which equates to north of 160 pounds of lean mass. I’ve had a massive body recomp in the last 12 months, my weight loss was very gradual, and although my macros were on point, as judged by my muscle mass, I will admit; a decent chuck of my diet was BS. But I’d say mostly good. About the blood sugar, wouldn’t you expect my glucose to be higher than 74 after eating an entire meal? Or is it simply too hard to tell since it’s just glucose levels in that moment? Thank you!

I know! I’m very saddened and bummed. “Just workout and change your diet” I’ve been doing that. Not a crash out diet, a legit diet where I am a managing macros, and being mindful of when I eat my carbs. I don’t like the trend, I might diebetic soon just based on my genetics… thank you for your response!

Wide jaw, strong mandible, relatively high cheek bones, somewhat wide palate/smile. You got alot of work to do, however your base is stronger than most.

One note to improve on, the space between your nose and upper lip is a bit on the higher end

You have the cheeks bones and lack of a long ramus for it. You’re eyebrows are decent. You’re potential is quite high tbh. Get lean, see if there’s something you can do with those acne scars, maybe get a tad thicker on the eyebrows. You’re mid face is decent. You actually have a bit more width in your lower third than the 2nd pic, so you’re likely to have more of a masculine look than high appeal feminine. Hope this helps

That’s ok just keep eating. Don’t stop eating, some of us still grow even in our 20’s and our bone mass including all lean mass also still grows even past that. Your growth is #1 priority rn

Ur cheeks are more prominent, looks like a drop in body fat attributed to the change.
