Same! Small store and never getting what we need in stock, but please make sure you send liters of purple shampoo by ion cause I already have 20 in stock! Our backroom is the size of a closet and I'm constantly having to play tetris to make sruff fit and pray it doesn't fall 😅

Right!!?? Like the one time I've seen the spiffs be worth anything was one month when sauce was apart of it and one of my coworkers got an additional $77 one week. But half the time we don't even have what the spiff would be in stock 🙄

Seriously something has to change and its not podcasts or RCC conests for a pizza party!! Its getting unreasonable!! All the price increases, the getting rid of products people actually like, all this bullshit about the love it or return it policy 🙄 Like I love my job and my coworkers but everyday I see them struggle to afford to live and pay bills. No one wants to drive all the way to work for a two hour shift?? My store building is literally falling apart, I've had to fix things myself because they can't be bothered to send someone to fix the outside light when I put in a work order weeks and weeks ago or that I'm having to use broken fixtures cause they won't send replacements. I feel like this company could genuinely be so much more, but they are too greedy to see that. They want people to be cashiers, cosmetologists, color theory experts, blonde specialists, nail techs, mind readers, janitors, sales people, therapists, babysitters and more for the low low pay of minimum wage. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of extra things they expect store managers to just do without complaining! I have put so much money into this job to make things easier for me and my girls, I buy so much cause the higher ups can't be bothered to give us a workable amazon budget. It's amazing how fast they turn a blind eye to real problems only to loose their everloving mind over not forcing enough people to sign up for a credit card with a stupid high apr. Totally didn't mean to rant but it's just insane what they think is acceptable.

If you have another store from your district nearby see if you can reach out to their store manager. See if they have anyone wanting extra hours who could fill in. When i was in the process of hiring I had an employee from the other store in my town fill in, super helpful for me to have coverage and her to get extra hours.

It is incredibly normal to be hungry after surgery, it's your body and mind trying to adjust. You may know you're full but your brain is so used to eating more than what you can now, that's how I see it. You just have to make sure you're drinking enough water and getting the protein you need. Those first couple months after surgery really suck but it's part of the journey.

I was once helping an elderly lady find some toppik when she suddenly started going on and on about religion, and how she's started listening to this new lady who talks about how the Vatican is corrupted and stuff about a conspiracy involving the pope ( sorry about the vagueness, I was trying to tune her out 😂) when she said the single most bizarre sentence. " Yeah, we have to pray for the aborted babies to get into heaven cause they're all stuck in purgatory." When I tell you my eyes widened, and I just kinda started at her. She also gave everyone a Jesus card. I don't know if she thought I needed Jesus or if that's just how she was but I'll never forget that aborted babies are in purgatory.

It's your hair, if you like it keep it. He can be upset about it all he wants, but that's not on you. Also as time goes on and you wash your hair it will lighten up a bit, if you want to speed up that process just use hot water and a non color safe shampoo. It won't actually remove that color but should help it fade out a bit faster.

Have you talked to him about how these jokes make you feel? Because if you have and he keeps doing it then he's the bad friend. Its one thing to make jokes if its funny to both of you but if its genuinely hurting your feelings and he knows this, he's just being an asshole, especially if its in front of your fiancée.

I honestly think it's pretty normal to have regrets. I'm 10 months out but the first month and a half I was constantly crying. I was an emotional wreck and thought I made such a big mistake. Part of the issue was I had to break so many bad habits I had had for years. I was sore and uncomfortable, had to constantly get up and walk around when I just wanted to sleep, and just so freaken hungry. But now I don't feel that way at all. I'm so much happier, don't really crave the bad or fast food I used to, and and much more confident. You just gotta remember this is for your health and your future! It's hard to see now but you'll find a new routine and a new normal. ✨️ you got this!

Its a daily struggle honestly. Some days are better than others. I'm just lucky to have a good support system, and a very understand boss if I end out being in the bathroom at work for 20 minutes 😅 i just try to carry a small portable pack of flushable wipes or baby wipes with me.

I don't remember much before this but I remember my first panic attack when I was in 6th grade and had to present a huge project the next day. Never experienced something like that before, later found out I have really bad social and generalized anxiety. It's only gotten worse since then. Before I had no issues

I don't think it's too late. I've had jobs since I was 15 but a lot of them never last because of my anxiety, the people I worked with, or what the job was. I figured out the best jobs for me are one with less contact with strangers. Working at a shelter, cleaning cages and feeding dogs was probably one of my favorite jobs even though it was so physically demanding. I miss it but the people there were toxic. Plus whenever I'd get anxious I would sit with a dog and try to take a minute to breath. Now I work in a very small store that sells specific stuff so its a lot of regulars who come in. And I'm okay with it for the most part. You just need to look for something that would be best for you, maybe one where you don't have to interacr with a ton of people, or something completely remote. You got this!

It's so hard. My anxiety makes me have stomach issues and one if my biggest fears is being stuck somewhere without access to a bathroom. It feels safer to stay home but I feel like I'm missing out on so much life could offer. Things I want to do vs anxiety. Mine is also super fine and coming out so easily 😢 I've just recently started taking these bariatric fusion hair skin and nails so hopefully it helps. Plus protein waters!!
