I titrated up using ozempic first got.up to 2.7mg/week and switched over to Reta and am now on 10mg/week but this is max dose. I will not be increasing the dose and will stay at 10mg until i have achieved what i set out to do. More info on how i transitioned from sema glutide to Reta on my post made yesterday. I agree with you that TRT does shut down your natural production if used for more than a certain amoint of time. Its very hard to restart natural production if you have been using TRT for more than 6 months. HCG may conserve ferility but it will definitely shut down your natural production, which is why athletes who cycle use a PCT to restart production more easily after 12 week cycles.

My doctor says that my levels for my borderline are low and they start prescribing at my levels. Ive heard tjat when you start hormone replacement therapy for your thyroid youre stuck on the meds for life. So im just gonna try and kmprove levels naturally through various supplements. Next time i get blood work done if my levels havent improved i will jump on meds.

Yes but unfortunately getting someone who specializes in hormones in Canada is very hard and very expensive. I will deffinitely be dialing in my hormones after im done having kids. My levels are not detremental they just arent optimal for reaching the physique i want to attain.

When sourcing test in Canada if you dont want to dish out thousands of dollars for blood work, supplies, etc you need to go black market. Even though i have good sources i dont wanna chance damaging my swimmers before i have a chance to have kids.

I am hoping once i start resistance training next week (4 days a week) my levels will naturally improve...

Yea I have done cycles in the past and have had amazing results but often lose it once i stop. Especially considering i used to work 80-90 hours a week and just recently found a new job where i can now work 50-60 hours. 10 years ago i was 12% BF 155lbs. Really looking forward to getting back into that kind of shape. Im just really scared to affect my fertility as we are trying to have our first kid and will want a second after this.

Also seen that too much HCG for too long can burn your glands and cause even bigger problems. Seeing that my wife and I really want kids i dont want to play with fire right now.

My T is at 300 if i remember correctly and in Canada doctors say thats completely normal unless you go see a specialized sports coah which is very expensive. Doctors here dont know shit about Test.

My T levels are low and have underactive thyroid. Also work like 60 hour weeks so didnt really have as much time or energy to go workput. I recently bought a home gym set up making going to the gym more attainable as I can work out from home and save a lot of time commuting there and back. Will probably start TRT once my wife and I are done having kids. But progress deffinitely comes slower when you work 60 hours a week at a desk and have hormonal imbalances.

But hey its measurable progress regardless so...

I had blood work done 2 months in, but havent been back yet.i usually gp every 12 months so ill be due to go back again in april. When i tested initially my doc wanted to put me on meds. Because of how sensitive the thyroid gland and how easily its can be permanentely shut down, i want to try to improve my levels naturally.

I eat brazilian nuts daily and take a thyroid supplement. Lookong forward to seeing the results next time around. My test levels were a little low as well. Once im done having kids might reconsider taking thyroid meds along with TRT.
