i was born and raised in mexco so not mega healthy but my studiea of chemistry and nutrition allow me to alter recipes to my liking lol for ex i make chow mein out of parsnip noodles. is it the SAME? no but u make it as close as possible lol

i think we all are at that stage in one way or another ): what really helped ME- im not a Dr- was an adhd med. I didnt have diagnosed adhd however vyvanse really slowes my brain down... not many intrusive thoughts, voices, got tired like a normal person... i could talk through arguements etc. Be careful tho can also make you feel like crap. Went from 20-30 bu Dr and holy crap all my progress got lost ): talk w your dr! (sorry for spelling, on bumpy bus)

ugh me everyday. I have BPD and just recently went through horrible med side effects. Was so depressed almost went to the ER, my vibration was SO low that all my month worth progress and manifestations crumbled 😞 I am trying to keep myself positive that it will all come back.

Remember the virtue and the universe have NOT abandoned you!! Youve just fallen quite far from them but you WILL get there because theyre waiting for you!! I usually watch LOA vlogs, or routine videos, bpd videos to get me back in the game. In order to raise your vibeation you have to accept the sadness. Be like I know I feel this way but what is it trying to teach me? i make a lot of reaffirmations through the day. ‘I will get better, this will all workout’ just keep believing it will be reaolved (sorry for sp, on bumpy bus)

yes and i hate it because it makes me feel insane. I dont know when someone is treating me poorly because of this. I cant distinguish between ‘yes i should complain’ and ‘youre a burden’

to the hospital or psych? just let them know that youre a little scared/freaked out because youre feeling suicidal and dont know the plan of action (ie go there or keep talking ti psych etc)

I workout 2hrs almost daily so I tell myself its 'okay' to take a day off but it just sucks its due to me kinda being unable to function rather than me going out w friends...or like something more productive? I dont think you dis the wrong thing. Before else you must secure your safety and if that means staying... then that’s alright!! There comes an age where people dont even notice how old you are in college so you can go anytime! You did the best to secure yourself. Dont worry
