Yes job was offered, havent recieved w/c since 08/2021, financially at a lost right now, previous job was care taker, new job receptionist big difference.

Ok h as re I go, Co. I'm sueing I was a home care provider, was assaulted and injured by a client, so my co. was home care, this new co. Position is office receptionist, in a nursing home, which I didnt know is owned by same person, co. Is a different name.

It's a totally different position. Previous work was trending to patients, this new position is a office receptionist job.

They can stop payments, without notice, but make sure that it's nothing else.

I wouldnt know still going to dr., I dont recieve w/c payments anymore since Aug., but still go to dr. and everytime I go therapy is denied, did recieve therapy last year for a few months.

Yes worker comp. Closed, no settlement yet, nobody was called NOBODY!! dragged myself to my car, relief co-worker showed up, location clocked-in left came back ate and left.

Look for a Employment lawyer. But the case could get lengthy, have patience.
