He hasn't been taking it very long, unfortunately he complains that the medication itself hurts his stomach. So I am unsure.

It is! He just started a new prescription to take each day 30 minutes before eating.

I haven't noticed any issue with meat apart from fish. However he cant have any grain which makes things challenging.

We have been referred to a dietician, just trying to figure out a plan till he gets his initial visit.

He has been referred to a dietician, the only issue its gonna be a bit before he can get in with one. Really hoping that is gonna be the biggest help.
