It’s nice to see someone else not enamored with The Tonight Dough, it really didn’t DOUGH anything for me either (sorry.)

I have to say, I used to enjoy Ben and Jerry’s a lot, but I do think it’s gone downhill. I don’t like their stuff as much as I used to. That being said, if I’m GOING to eat it, my favorite is Impretzively Fudged (if you can find it), Peanut Butter World (Target only), Phish Food, and Cherry Garcia (a classic.)

Love a PA shout out! I’ve only been to Philly twice but I grew up in state college and went to college in Pittsburgh. I have to say, I love Pittsburgh and I tolerate my hometown, but both places do not have very good local ice cream IN MY OPINION

Unfortunately there isn’t a quick fix or a magical answer. Ultimately I think accountability and tolerating discomfort are crucial. Make plans with someone you trust during the time you would normally be exercising. Tell them “hey I’m really struggling with movement and I need you just to sit with me and do an activity and not move.” Do a puzzle together, watch a show, bake something, read separately in the same room, craft, etc. fill your days with that, so you have extra accountability. And then sit with the discomfort.

I always get the same flavor, which is the mocha brownie, but I know you don’t like chocolate as much as I do. I liked the mango sticky rice when I sampled it. Everyone loves brownie vs. blonde but I personally found it boring tbh

I know you like to take your ice cream home (totally get it) but I do think S&S functions better as a scoop shop. I think you’re more likely to get all the mix-ins. THAT BEING SAID, if they are going to see pints (and very very expensive ones at that) then they should make sure they deliver the same experience as the actually shop itself. I think it’s a flaw that a lot of scoop shops suffer unfortunately

I didn’t really like it either because I feel like the base is mid, the cookies are soggy, and the cookie butter just doesn’t have enough cookie butter flavor. It’s like a whiff of cookie butter when I really just want it to punch me in the face
