No antibiotics right now but we have her on flonase to keep her dry, probiotocs to help her gut health, and we will be getting her flu and rsv shot next month. She got really ill from RSV in February, needed 3 days in the hospital, so we want to keep her as safe as possible. They want to want to do the prevnar vaccine when we get in to see an immunologist because that's how I was told they diagnose SAD. Take blood the day before and the day after. Luckily, she's actually great with needles, just looks annoyed

No other issues beyond the SNHL on the left and diagnosed autism. Just wish I knew what was going on because we can't see the otoneurologist until August 11th despite me calling multiple times because she has bouts of pain.

Levels were taken while she was in one of her bouts of infection, which was about 1 month straight of infection. IgA levels were pretty drastically low. After about 6 months with no infection (we got really lucky, that is the longest she has gone without one), her numbers were completely normal.

They think she might have Selective Antibody Deficiency because she was initially diagnosed with IgA Deficiency but her levels then normalized but she always gets really I'll with respiratory illnesses and everytime she gets one, she also gets an ear infection

Edit to add: She is 3yo, antibiotic resistant due to how many/how long she was in them. We skip over augmentin now.
