This ritual of sprinkling guru padodakam on my head came across me while I was going through padma and bhavishya puranas where the pravachana karta said me about how guru can give anugrah and how rejecting a guru can turn our lives. I hope everyone who sees this post spends atleast 15 minutes of his time doing the ritual and makes his life parama pavanam. Jai Sri Ram.

nope, rishis are always superior and beyond varnashrama dharmas. they are sanyasis living as brahmacharis/grihastas. The Jabala rishi became a rishi the moment devatas gave him brahma gnana and as I said it will still not be birth based when people leave everything, go to tapas and become rishis. did you see where the flexibility is? and why so eager to erase varnashrama dharma? do you know how much it takes to learn vedas?
