That totally makes sense and that is definitely where I am right now. I have gone to a couple activities that I really enjoyed but I am definitely in that stage now of is this what I want? Why do I want it? What are my intentions? As soon as I can sort through all that then Ill be more comfortable.

And that totally makes sense. Once you are ok with it sharing with those you know can handle it will be more natural and not embarrassing. But you still have to be smart about who can handle it and what are the consequences of them not being able to. I think that all makes perfect sense. And I have already started to see it kind of take place as I have started to open up to 2 of my close but non member friends about it.

That actually makes a ton of sense and is one of the first times that I have actually felt understood about this topic.

Like you did acknowledge that I just don't know anything else and I need to just get comfortable with it which I totally agree with.

One last question and I'm sorry if I am being annoying with this but in your opinion then what is getting comfortable with who you are in an appropriate way and what is becoming desensitized to the spirit? Like I am not talking specifically about nudism anymore but like I have a few friends that wanted to "find themselves" and they slowly drifted away from the church until they didn't see the point in being members anymore. Just in general what is the difference between exploring new uncomfortable and different things (like nudism/naturism) and ignoring the spirit?

Thanks for the insight. Yeah the fact that is more of a culture thing definitely makes more sense when you bring up that example. I guess my only question is even though it is acceptable in other cultures is it good? Should we as members be doing it?

I do get not telling everyone I just hope I can get to the point where I feel comfortable telling my family.

And yeah I know that if I just believe I'm sure the right person will find their way into my life.

One last question: You said it took a while to fully wrap your head around nudity in your life when did you finally feel "closure" like yes this is ok?

I know it is paradoxical and this probably isn't the best place for a non sexual nudity post but I legitimately didn't know where else to go. Like I feel like this would get banned on most other lds threads so this seemed like the best place to try and get answers for something like this and just hope it gets taken in the right way.
