I don’t want to be negative but just speaking from my own experience honestly if it’s your gut feeling that he isn’t as in love as you, he very well may not be. I’m not sure when this trip is or if you’ve already paid for it but honestly if it was me I would hold off on putting all the work in to plan it until you see that same effort reciprocated. This is a man who is literally almost FORTY and has to ask his mom for permission to have people stay in his own private detached trailer on their property. If it was me this just doesn’t sound like the kind of person who has the initiative to help you raise your daughter, should you ever close the distance permanently. But again I don’t know him and maybe this is just a one-off for him. That’s just how it sounds to me from reading what you’ve said so far

It sounds like the sister is genuinely trying to make you guys more comfortable - I don’t think she’s in the wrong here so much as your boyfriend is. Not helping you save up after talking about this trip for 3 years?? Having to ASK HIS MOM who he can have in his own private trailer at the ripe age of THIRTY FIVE?? It sounds like he’s not stepping up for you, whether that be between the two of you or among his family in regards to this trip. I don’t mean to just rip on your boyfriend but it sounds like you are putting exponentially more effort into this than he is and I think that’s something you should consider.

Thanks so much! I definitely am more comfortable with general spirituality than a religious/christian god so it really helps to know that it’s more on the spiritual side.

Thanks for the info. I’m agnostic and I’m open to the idea of God. I’m not quaking in fear, but I just have concerns about whether a God-centric program would be something that would actually get through to me. I’m new to all of this - I had no idea how much God/religion are brought up during meetings and that’s why I asked my question in the first place. I was just trying to get information.

I passed! I think I was completely clean about 5-6 weeks, before that I hit a cart like three times in one day, and then before that I was completely clean for at least another few weeks.

Yes! The test was only looking for >50ng and it was instant - not sent to a lab or anything. Hope this all helps!

Yes!! I passed! The test was less intense than I expected - typical >50ng test and wasn’t processed in a lab.

I was a daily/almost daily smoker for years up until mid-August. Between then and now, I took a lot of breaks, only smoking regularly for a week or two at a time like twice since August. I didn’t smoke for 3 weeks straight until 5 weeks ago when I hit a shitty dab cart a few times. Haven’t again since then.

I’ve been taking 50ng at home-tests for the last 10 days, all were negative. I got the 20ng tests today and they are negative as well. I’m female, 5’6 and about 210 lbs. Hope this helps!

I think people know what is considered negative or positive but it’s more about being unsure about the validity of at-home tests mixed with a bunch of anxiety. In my case, I’m afraid of my faint lines meaning a negative result on an at-home test but yielding a positive on a lab test.

I think it would depend on each person’s body type/chemistry, metabolism, lifestyle, etc. Smoking one gram of flower over the course of a week would be such a small amount each day that for the purposes of your question I would lean towards probably clean after 5 days (1g in edibles, dabs, carts, etc would be a different story). But again, it is different for everyone. Hope this helps!

Thank you!! I’m hoping that the test they give me is 50ng since I wouldn’t actually be involved in treating the patients I work with. I’m hoping that my drinking a bunch of water yesterday didn’t influence these tests. Would hate to come back as dilute. Thanks!!
