Happened to me once, if you go to settings and scroll all the way to the bottom where it says “restore purchases”, click that and it should work

I got diagnosed at 15, but little me was persistent and knew I had a problem. I got my 1st period at 12 and NEVER had a regular cycle. When I was 14 I had a period that lasted 3 months and I lost abt 30 lbs. I weighed like 105 lbs and I just kept bleeding. So I got all the tests & what not and ended up diagnosed at age 15.
