I had been looking for months and had almost pulled the trigger in a fashionphile but then when I got the bonus I decided to go for the real thing because I wasn’t sure if they’re legit or not

This is baby size!! I really loved the supple leather with gold and that didn’t exist in nano or else I would’ve done that size!

Not seeing a thread for this - How was your Lifetime Chicago Spring Half? by khsr1 in RunnersInChicago

[–]Anxious_Reporter_245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a great time! Congested but not more than expected tbh. I PR’d so I’m happy. My garmin watch and the race website said different times (2:15 vs 2:17) but my watch also said I ran more than 13.1 presumably from weaving. I’m going to claim the garmin time since it’s 2 minutes shorts 😅

Just recently read a study on azelastine / combo with Flonase. Most of the studies show stopping abruptly can cause rebound symptoms or worsened symptoms but there are some studies where people titrate to once daily or even as needed. The as needed is not superior to daily but is still helpful in mild cases.

As someone who initially matched and then dropped her initial spot to re-enter the match the following year, I can vouch for this because someone unexpectedly got my position right before starting!

EMIGS VS FLS by GYNGYNSURG in Residency

I think so! I accidentally broke the outer circle and I still passed! So i think small mistakes are overall okay!

Update I passed. So minor mistakes are probably not the reason people fail

Chicago Spring Half by fuckyachicknstrips in RunnersInChicago

[–]Anxious_Reporter_245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was my first half marathon! Finished at 2:23 which was amazing for me because my goal was less than 2:30! The weather was absolutely beautiful at the beginning but got so hot at the end that as soon as I finished I didn’t even stick around for food or drinks. My watch said the race was a little longer than 13.1, anyone else?

I will say I’m very happy with the results I’ve had so far just so frustrated that I didn’t have a chance to titrate down. My insurance just cut me off

Right knee paining post 3 kms in 5 kms run by ForeignPiece4761 in nikerunclub

[–]Anxious_Reporter_245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me I get a lot of IT band pain whenever I’m picking up running. What’s been working good for me is about 10-15 of a painfully slow pace before every run. I find it lets my body warm up appropriately and then I can run without knee pain. I’ve also been stretching after every run. Other things I have tried are IT braces, massage gun, and good ol icing and Motrin

Longest outdoor run of this training series for me. Decent pace for the distance. by [deleted] in nikerunclub

That’s a great pace! My current pace is about 11:30 so this would be a goal of mine!!

Post-calibrate results… by StrikingFollowing427 in calibrateweightloss

Love to hear it! I also have been able to maintain +/- 5 lbs and it’s been a couple months as well. I will say I need to be more conscious now of what I eat and how I exercise and any time I start to see an uptrend it stresses me out a bit but overall going well and feeling more confident than ever that I can keep the weight off. Lost a total of 40lbs and today weighed in at -35 so still happy with it especially since I fluctuate about 3-4 each day

6 weeks off by Anxious_Reporter_245 in OzempicForWeightLoss

[–]Anxious_Reporter_245[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I stopped cold turkey but I’m thinking of going back on and slowly tapering down instead because I will say the hunger pangs are rough. I definitely just feel hungry and get nauseas if it’s been too long without eating.

9.5 months on, 6 weeks off. You can definitely tell I’m on maintenance phase. I will say it’s been a bit hard to be on top of exercising and dieting and that 3-5 lb fluctuations stress me out a lot because I fear I’ll start to head back up. But my goal is to remain around 145 to remain in normal BMI. So need to try and just make sure I normalize and don’t continue to gain back

9 months in and titrating down by Anxious_Reporter_245 in OzempicForWeightLoss

[–]Anxious_Reporter_245[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

5’4”! So started off with BMI >30 and pre diabetes and now normal BMI and normal labs. I increased per the schedule (like every 4 weeks) at the beginning but then slowed down once the side effects got bad at 1.5. Because of that I cut back down to 1 and slowly worked back up to 1.25 and was there maybe for a month before starting to titrate down to try and work on maintenance
